What BMD CRM does
BMD CRM is a single place to manage contacts, sales opportunities, tasks, appointments, quotes, and email outreach for our team. It replaces the tools we previously stitched together and gives our staff one login, one workflow, and one source of truth for every customer relationship.
Who uses it
Members of the Superior Technical Solutions team, including sales, service, and administrative staff. Access is restricted to invited team members.
Google account integration
Team members can optionally connect a Google account to send email through Gmail and manage bookings through Google Calendar. Access is limited to what is required to run these features. See our Privacy Policy for details.
